I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. They were also very accommodating, allowing us to bend a few rules regarding breakfast time and checkout. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and nearby parking.

The staff here really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. They were always ready with recommendations for the best local eateries and even let us stay a little longer when we were running late for check-out. Plus, the comfy rooms and central location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do.
We were really taken aback by the way the hotel handled a typhoon-related delay. They weren't very understanding when we asked about a reduced rate for an extra night and we ended up feeling a little ripped off.
